Description
Ursolic Acid; CAS 77-52-1 is a triperenoid present in many fruits, including the waxes of apples and the peels of other fruits, as well as a number of herbs and spices. It is included as an additive in many cosmetic products, as has claims to be active against a number of diseases including showing anti-tumour activity and neural regeneration potential. It is also used as a starting material for the synthesis of other bioactive molecules.
