Fountainbridge New Website & Branding

Fountainbridge has been providing custom synthesis and sourcing services since 2012, and to mark the achievement of being in business for 10 years, we have introduced a new set of branding and a new website.

When Fountainbridge was founded, the company was initially focused on providing QC analysis services, custom synthesis, chemical sourcing and consultancy services. During the last 10 years, the business has evolved and developed, there have been changes in the chemical industry and there have been significant global events that have had an affect on how a global business operates and conducts business. While we have been in business, Fountainbridge has evolved to focus more and more on our core services of custom synthesis and chemical sourcing. While we still have the resources and ability to provide QC analysis in China and consultancy services to help give our customers crucial insights into the chemical industry, these have gradually become incorporated into our main services.

As Fountainbridge moves into it's second decade of business, we have updated our branding to reflect our focus on the areas of custom synthesis and chemical sourcing with a new logo and website.

The branding was carried out in partnership with Entwurf, who have been behind all of our branding since the company's conception. What is the meaning behind the new logo?

The key services of synthesis and sourcing are represented in the brand symbol in a multitude of ways. Firstly synthesis is suggested by the combination of the 4 F shapes to form a distinctive whole. The letter Fs themselves are then formed of 2 elements in the corner and circle shapes interlocking and finally the blending of the colours within the shapes emphasises the concept in it’s full colour iteration. The concept of sourcing is portayed via the arrows of the 4 sections directing to a targeted point. The colour grading reflects the breadth of products Fountainbridge are able to offer.

Fountainbridge's website, also designed and built by Entwurf, has been streamlined to focus on our two key services and to provide clarity to people visiting the website for the first time about who we are and the services we offer. In addition to the pages describing our services, we have a streamlined products page.

We are very pleased with the results and look forward to this having a positive effect on future business.
