Bardoxolone; 2-Cyano-3,12-dioxooleana-1,9(11)-dien-28-oic Acid; CAS 218600-44-3 is a semi-synthetic triterpenoid that has potential applications in treating cancer and diabetic kidney diseases, amongst other conditions. The structure of Bardoxolone is based on that of the naturally occurring material, oleanolic acid which is found to occur in several different kinds of plants, fruits and herbs.
